Should anything go wrong with a product you ordered (aside from it getting run over by a car or other extreme events) we will fix or replace them for free.  All you have to do is place the item in its original box, seal the box, mark it 'Return to Sender' and you will not be charged for shipping.  If using the original box is not an option, shipping cost reimbursement may be arranged (up to $7.95 US).  Upon receiving your item, we will promptly return to you the fixed or replaced item.  Returns can take up to two weeks including time in transit both ways.  It always helps to contact us by phone or email before mailing a potentially defected item as other, simpler and quicker solutions may be possible.

If you have any problems with your products within 6 months of purchase we will still honor our product guarantee and fix or replace your product free of charge but, shipping cost reimbursement is not available.  This simply means you may incur a shipping charge for sending the package to us.  The lowest cost and fastest shipping service is USPS Priority Mail.  If your package is 13 ounces or lighter USPS First Class Mail should be used.  Turnaround time for returns will still be up to two weeks and contacting us ahead of time is always helpful.
